One key per licence, one processor per key. Your key is in your account straight after the order. Type it into Settings → Licence on the processor and it stays with that processor.

Questions
- Does a licence expire?
- No. A licence covers what it covers on every release, for good. There is nothing to renew.
- What is Setup Support?
- Help from LCD with setting up and using the product, included with the Manager Licence and the User App Licence. It is separate from bug fixes and security updates, which are free.
- What does API Access need?
- The Manager Licence or the User App Licence on the same processor. A key reaches only what that processor’s licences cover: with the User App Licence alone, there are no schedules. Keys never reach the processor’s settings.
- What if I replace a processor?
- A key stays with the processor it was activated for. If that processor is replaced, contact LCD support and we will move the licence to the new one.
- My processor has no internet. Can I still activate?
- Yes. In your account, choose Activate for a processor, download the licence file and load it on the processor.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- The licensed pages become read-only for 30 days and then switch off. System, Settings and Connectors keep working. Add a licence at any time to bring them back; nothing is lost.
- Do you offer trade pricing for integrators and dealers?
